Over 31 years of experience in the optical industry, Charlotte brings an incredible depth of knowledge and care to every patient. She loves helping patients choose eyewear that doesn’t just fit well but also enhances who they are. Charlotte is a strong advocate for myopia control and offers expert advice and support for both children and their parents. Outside the practice, Charlotte finds balance through long walks in the lake district, running and a lifelong love of music. Helen has been helping patients find their perfect eyewear for nearly 15 years. She is here to help every individual find their best specs, and will guide you to the perfect lens and frame combination for you. Helen knows all the boring stuff – so you don’t have to! She also uses her eye for detail to provide the most accurately tailored spectacles you’ll ever wear. Inside the practice, Helen enjoys a ‘dad-joke’ and unreasonable amounts of coffee! Waiting for her at home after a day at work, is a husband and two of the most spoilt bunnies in Oxfordshire!
Matt has a personal understanding of the challenges that come with a high prescription, which has given him a particular appreciation for the importance of myopia control and choosing frames that are suitable for each individual patient. He enjoys helping people find solutions that are not only practical and comfortable, but also suit their lifestyle and personal needs. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring National Trust sites and spending time on his creative hobbies, including 3D printing and airbrushing.
